Igjen har jeg laget noe i Wanderlust art journalen min.

I have made e new spread in my Wanderlust art journal.

Her skulle vi velge tre farger fra omgivelsene, 

vi fikk bruke hvitt, svart og grått i tillegg.

Jeg valgte blått, rosa og gull etter noen av de flotte morningene vi har hatt.

Siden er tenkt som en liten påminnelse til å fokusere på de små tingene som betyr noe,

og att jeg må huske å puste når smerteriene er for voldomme.

This time we should chose three colours from our surroundings,

we could also use white, black and grey to.

I chose blue, pink and gold after some of the mornings we have had here in Norway.

The idea behind the spread is a reminder to focus on the little things,

and that I must remember to breathe when the body pain crumble my body.

For å lage treene har jeg brukt kredittkort, og papir.

Ingen pensler!
